The whole purchasing process was excellent. Probably the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle.( the only reason I have said " it is unlikely " that I would use Renault Lookers again is because I bought the vehicle online/ remotely, had it delivered (I live approx 4 hours away).

Anthony was great to deal with and we got a great deal on the Clio that we wanted, with no hard sell on any of the additional products/services. Anthony kept in contact between the time that we bought the car and picked it up and the handover was very smooth. He was also incredibly kind when I was a bit upset about selling my old Fiesta 'Gerald'.We got a brilliant new car that we're looking forward to having for a good number of years and the service was great!
