Customer not happy with vehilce has been in branch for 3weeks, customer was told by a member of staff the fault is to technical to explain to a women, was told it was not going to ready on time would be ready on Friday 26th Sept - then Monday 29th Sept, service had not been done customer had to leave vehilce again till 11am 30.9.25 but still not ready. cant drive loan car as it to big. Customer is saying she is getting now were with branch and getting spoken down. the branch is not keeping the customer up to date, customer is having to chase up branch for updates, Customer is going away on Thursday should be with her vehilce branch is aware of this.

Cust car has gone into the dealership for a health check, however the cust has now been told that she will not have the car back until next week. There is no courtesy car available for the cust and she is going to have to wait for a senior tec for a diagnosis and is not happy that she is not been offered.The cust is wondering if you could pay for a hire car for her.

Very helpful and took the time to explain things about the 2 cars that I was interested in. He also arranged a test drive at the visit and within a short time I was out on the road with the car that I was most interested in. We agreed a time to come in later this year to order a new car.

Excellent service from the gentleman I spoke with however whilst I was impressed with being able to test drive both vehicles I was interested in there was no option to drive the manual drive model that I wished to buy. Also the wait time to order a new car I felt was too long

Extended test drive arranged with Fay. She has been brilliant when my wife purchased her new Duster last month, and has now sold me a new Bigster. Fantastic customer service and a credit to Lookers and Dacia.
