Service plan was not applicable as I had travelled some distance to buy the car and I already have a regular repair garage. Particularly liked the ‘no pressure’ presentation- clear and full without being awkward. Brandon was excellent.

I had booked a test drive online but the dealership did not seem to know anything about it.The test drive we had was short and accompanied by the salesman. In contrast the one we had at your Kia dealership was unaccompanied and we were given an hour. This allowed us to better explore the capabilities of the vehicle.

Not much movement on price and only 3 months of warranty offered. Had to pay extra £300 on top of the price of the car to get 1 year warranty. Would expect 1 year of warranty to be included with any car.

Jess was incredible - fantastic customer service and was great speaking with. Although i didn't go ahead with a purchase due to being offered a company car at work, she provided me a personalised video of the car i was interested in, great at checking in with me and such a calm & lovely person to talk too! She has a fantastic mix of professionalism, sophistication and personalisation that makes you feel at ease. Would recommend to anyone - customer service doesn't get much better if dealing with jess!
