Vehicle has a fault so have to return it 4 days later to be resolved - maybe should have been checked before we left ?

Delivery service very poor. Arranged for 11am never turned up till 12. Had a young child with me and dogs. Rang at 11.15 said they would be twenty minutes still never turned up told me at that point he had set off about half an hour ago it take over an hour to get from Newcastle to Carlisle no communication to say they were going to be late could have set off later. What should have been an enjoyable experience getting a new car turned into a nightmare.
