very happy with the way everthing about the service was handled from the collection of my car to the delivery after the service was completed. I really like the ability via my mobile to track the progress of my car through the various stages of the service.

Taylor was fantastic to deal with from start to finish, he kept us informed throughout the process of purchasing our new car. We were told at point of sale delivery would be the end of June beginning of July so it was a surprise to get a call off Taylor last week to say we could pick the new car up this week. All in all a great experience from all involved.

Terry Fleming's expertise, manner and support were excellent, and we are very pleased with the car. However, I was very disappointed with some aspects of the process. In particular, when I first enquired via the Lookers website, I was provided with detailed information about the trade-in value of our car. When I visited Lookers Newcastle a few days later, the amount offered for the trade-in was dramatically lower. This issue was eventually resolved to my satisfaction, but the experience left a bad taste and made me feel like Lookers were trying to take me for a fool. I also didn't appreciate being required to sit through presentations of the details of two different types of insurance, neither of which was of any interest to me at all.
