I have dealt with Lookers Renault for years and always find their customer service to be excellent. In 6 above I have arranged another visit to the workshop next week so that a warning light problem can be remedied. This raises an issue over warranty with my present Scenic which I traded for my previous identical Scenic due to it having numerous problems. However I have subsequently discovered that the warranty on this vehicle is only for three years not the four years of my previous vehicle. Since my current vehicle is not yet four years old I would hope that Lookers could negotiate with Renault on my behalf to offset the cost of any repairs necessary.

A poor offer on my car fir part exchange. If I’d been offered the same as my current deal I’d have bought your car straight away. We were talking £150 short, I feel you’ve lost out not me Thanks

The staff at the dealership were very professional and gave me all the information I required. In the end the car was just not for my families situation. I would highly recommend buying a car from Lookers.

After visiting another garage and coming away disappointed we were delighted with the way we were looked after by Shea and Chris Hood at Lookers. From start to finish we were made to feel really important and getting the deal right was as important for them as it was for us. Went above and beyond to make us happy with the car we wanted. Exceptional service by a great team, would highly recommend to anyone.
