I visited the dealer after having been invited to a ‘special promotion’ 4 day period, but the car I was interested in - new Dacia Stepway - apparently wasn’t included in the offers.

Salesman was very helpful. I require an estate and Dacia have ceased the Logan which is a shame

I have been to many dealerships over the past few weeks and spoken to many salespeople, but out of all of them, Brandon was by far the most knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I was very pleased to have a quick and efficient check in when I arrived with my car. The pick up was as efficient, I was taken through the service sheet and things were explained to me clearly. A good visit!

I have dealt with Lookers Renault for years and always find their customer service to be excellent. In 6 above I have arranged another visit to the workshop next week so that a warning light problem can be remedied. This raises an issue over warranty with my present Scenic which I traded for my previous identical Scenic due to it having numerous problems. However I have subsequently discovered that the warranty on this vehicle is only for three years not the four years of my previous vehicle. Since my current vehicle is not yet four years old I would hope that Lookers could negotiate with Renault on my behalf to offset the cost of any repairs necessary.

I would have loved for the car to have been valeted whilst there.
