I found the team at the Benfield branch very helpful.I was not impressed with the performance of the person who took my booking.I told him I would bring the vehicle & stay on site while M.O.T. was done, but service reception where under the impression that I would be picking the vehicle up later on in the day as it was not booked for the 10:00 slot as I had requested.
