Booking had to be changed as it was made for wrong date. I emailed to report this but no one replied. I eventually rang the call centre and had to wait an extra week for an appointment.

Service standards are very good. Took a couple of goes to get booked in due to busy phone lines. However when you do get through no issues.Exceptional service from Chris the driver. Requested him after a similar experience a year ago. Considering the number if people he deals with it amazes me that he still remembers parking arrangements and the ideal collection time to fit in with the school run.
