The overall experience was very easy and hassle free. Communication was efficient and speedy when updates were available. The salesman was new to the job but he dealt with everything in a professional and friendly manner, I would definitely go back to this dealership and recommend it to all.

Everything was fantastic at Lookers Renault Newcastle. It was well organised, with really friendly staff. Amy who looked after me was great. Service was completed well before I was expecting it to be ready.Great customer service!

I was expecting for my car to be cleaned as normal when I go for a service and MOT but that did not happen.
