Hi, found the sale and completion very quick , nothing dragged, all good thanks again. 👍

Purchased a vehicle July 2025 on the understanding he was getting a good deal, however the cust has now received a call to say the service is due in May. He is slightly confused by this as he is the only owner of the vehicle. When checking his log book it has a previous owner on the V5. The vehicle was original registered in May. The cust would like to know what has happened with this and why he hadnt been advised of this.

Kept waiting 30 minutes despite having an appointment. Car was poorly prepared, not clean inside and had a different make of tyre on each corner. Finance offered was expensive and dealer refused to allow external financing. Bought a new Renault from Shelbourne instead.

I was pleased. With my purchase and the way the business was conducted l wud recommend Charles Hurst to my friends

Trade in for honda jazz far to low it was take it or leave it so will no be dealing with charles hurst again

The customer service was excellent Callum was very informative and kept me up to date on the process/ timescale. What I was extremely disappointed in was the fact that after the car was out of it's service and I was advised I could head on home, on passing the roundabout at Londonderry park my car lost all power and warning light came on fuel injection I barely made it around the roundabout a lorry almost went onto the side off me which could have resulted in serious injury. I managed to get the car back to charles hurst and was advised that the spark plug was faulty, there was no issue before it went in for service. I was then advised by reception that they were all faulty and needed replaced. Callum apologised profusely but this wasn't up to him to do so, no manager even came out to apologise or even offer me a courtesy coffee to help me calm my nerves as I was still shaking from the near crash.Am not saying I wanted am fuss made over me but not to have it acknowledged at all was extremely disappointing.Kind regardsCarl
