Trade in for honda jazz far to low it was take it or leave it so will no be dealing with charles hurst again

The customer service was excellent Callum was very informative and kept me up to date on the process/ timescale. What I was extremely disappointed in was the fact that after the car was out of it's service and I was advised I could head on home, on passing the roundabout at Londonderry park my car lost all power and warning light came on fuel injection I barely made it around the roundabout a lorry almost went onto the side off me which could have resulted in serious injury. I managed to get the car back to charles hurst and was advised that the spark plug was faulty, there was no issue before it went in for service. I was then advised by reception that they were all faulty and needed replaced. Callum apologised profusely but this wasn't up to him to do so, no manager even came out to apologise or even offer me a courtesy coffee to help me calm my nerves as I was still shaking from the near crash.Am not saying I wanted am fuss made over me but not to have it acknowledged at all was extremely disappointing.Kind regardsCarl

Everything was fine thank you

Im always happy with the service staff at charles hurst thank you

I got no communication backOnce I had meeting regarding changing car.

We are happy the radiator is fixed but the horn and some steering wheel controls aren't working.

Dear Service Manager,I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the handling of my vehicle, which is covered under warranty with Charles Hurst. My vehicle was accepted by your service department and subsequently dismantled for a recent repair. Only after this work was carried out the car has now gained another urgent repair that you may not be willing to proceed under the warranty. This is unacceptable. By taking the vehicle apart, Charles Hurst effectively take responsibility for the warranty to cover this new repair required.I expect the warranty to be honoured in full and the necessary repairs to be completed without charge, as the new damage happened while the vehicle was in charles hursts care. I had the vehicle for 24hrs this shouldn't be happening if the vehicle goes through a quality check before you hand it back, obviously this was never done as this issue would of been picked up.Furthermore, as my vehicle has been rendered unusable due to it being dismantled by your team, I require a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. The lack of access to my vehicle is a direct result of your actions, and I should not be left without transport while this matter is resolved. My baby was in the vehicle while the fumes of petrol was being pushed through the vents into the cockpit causing him to have respiratory problems, after speaking with your staff on the phone at no point was there any concern for me or my sons safety, the concerns of your staff was more about what I wasnt entitled too from Charles Hurst which I find very unprofessional the car could of ignited and I dont need to emphasise the seriousness if this was the case! Please confirm, in writing, how you intend to proceed with completing the warranty repair and arranging a courtesy vehicle. I would appreciate a prompt response to avoid further escalation of this matter.Kind regards
