From start to finish I was informed of the the delay due to the covid pandemic.And also due to the rep Stephen Moore I feel I got a tremendous deal. And was assisted by his assistant Justin on the trade in side of the deal. Excellent service all round.

My visit was excellent I met again Mr Stephen Moore and he recognised me from a few years ago when I purchased a Kadjar from Charles Hurst Newtownabbey at Mallusk and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have had in a long time he gave me a price to change which I found very favourable and I did not hesitate to agree to change I would thoroughly recommend Charles Hurst to anyone wishing to purchase a Renault I did not shop around other showrooms as I felt this was too good to resist and there was no pressure put on me at any time unlike others I have dealt with in the past Well done Charles Hurst certainly the cream of the crop in my eyes Thank you for an excellent purchase of the Renault Arkana
