I was disappointed that the car was not washed after its service. Given I'd spent almost £600 this would have been expected 2 new tyres were put on and these were particularly dirty too.

We received sufficient information when looking at the cars on offer. Clear figures and explanations of the finance. The salesman made himself available for test drive etc. Flexibility in the final figures with little gestures to make a sale - always appreciated! Have bought a lot of cars from Charles hurst Renault and would recommend them.
