During our visit to the showroom staff were brilliant and figures were acceptable, I stated that as a driving instructor I needed to check if I could get dual controls for the vehicle before committing to the sale. I contacted HeMan dual controls who sent me a request for pictures of areas within the car in question which I forwarded to the salesman, I got a response from him two weeks later asking what pictures did I need despite it being stated on the previous email, I highlighted the point regarding the pictures needed and I haven’t received anything since which has been several weeks now.I only needed these pictures to confirm if controls could be fitted and if so would have went ahead with the purchase.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication regarding a very simple request and would not consider dealing with them again.

You tried to charge me £380 for new wipers, oil top up and brake fluid replacement.I paid the £190 because I had agreed to it in advance and a contract is binding.I had my wipers replaced elsewhere for £28. Oil top up £10. Brake fluid £50.Not to mention the £644 erosion on the car i purchased from you 15 months ago.I'll never be back

Didn't actually get to do a deal due to my local council dragging their feet .I needed their permission to install a charger but not to be.

Firstly I am surprised to receive a feedback request some six and a half months after my visit. I made the appointment to enquire regarding the costs of changing my car. I had a repayment figure in mind based on my current repayment and wanted to check the trade in on my low mileage 3 year old Captur.I was surprised and taken back by the salesman’s tone and delivery of his response. After checking a trade in amount for my car he returned and in reference to my current repayment figure he said “that’s not going to happen”. This was said in a very direct manner and no other options about increasing my deposit and repayments were offered to me.I didn’t consider it worth it to discuss things any further with him and left the showroom.This experience would not encourage me to return to Charles Hurst Newtownards.
