Impressed that the vehicle was ready by the time stated on my arrival.

While our car was being serviced, we booked an appointment to look over the new Dacia Jogger which had only just been delivered to the agency. The result of this is that we have ordered a new one. I understand that this was the first sale of the new model in Newtownards. The downside is that there is an anticipated delivery time into July/August. Never mind though, we at least get to have the benefit of the service to our Logan. Can't wait for the new car, though!

Overall our experience with Charles Hurst was first rate. Naomi in particular was extremely helpful and made the whole experience straightforward and stress free. Our first experience with CH and it won't be our last.William Wilson

The inside of the car was not cleaned in any kind of way and is the 3rd time this has happen part of what we pay is for this

However this is the first time I have received excellent service when buying a car from Charles Hurst. Paul was very good explaining everything and was very professional It is only a pity I had not received the same service in the past when buying a car from Charles Hurst.

A pick up return service would be helpful or a loan car to avoid us hanging about in Newtownards for 2 or 3 hours
