Getting my first car can be nerve racking alot of people have there parents to help them however my mum has never drove and my dad who did passed away when i was young, so trying to find the right car made me so stressed and worried David Annett in your charles hurst Renault newtownards store has been amazing he helped me relax and explained everything i need to too and how to tax it and how to insure it even though he didnt have too, he was amazing and understanding with my budget and found the perfect budget for me. I left with my new twingo and so much more confidence i will definitely be back to david and the hurst company again.

I had a very good experience when I had my Capture in for service on 3.9..20. Everything went well, friendly polite staff who provided me with a welcome cup of tea. Service only took about 40 minutes which I was not expecting and Robert was very helpful. The service video was very helpful and interesting. All in all a pleasant experience.

I arrange dot bring my wife’s Renault Kadjar for a service at 08:30 am , car was booked in , I waited for the car to be completed which saved me having to go home, The service was completed at 09:45 which was really good . I was home with my wife at 10:00 which was very good.

I bought a Renault from Charles Hurst , Mallusk from a salesman called Jonny McQuitty. From the very start , Jonny was polite , respectful and courteous .... qualities not often found in young men of today ! He took us around the showroom to view various vehicles and spec's . Jonny listened to our requests and requirements , and done everything he said he would and agreed to ... I would definitely deal with Jonny again .
