Jade was amazing. From start to finish she ensured she answered all my questions - and there was lots of questions - Jade is very approachable and friendly, nothing was too much for her. Jade is a real credit to charles hurst and i will def be back and recommending family and friends to call to see Jade for help with new cars.

Both Jade and Recee were very helpful, honest, and friendly. No pushy sales, and they gave us genuine advice on our new purchase options. The premium phone line charges for initial enquiries are unnecessary and off putting on principle. This would stop me from dealing with charles hurst in the future.

I thought your salesperson Jade was absolutely fantastic! She went out of her way to make sure my wife and I got to view the car by video and then a couple of days later, a drive in a Renault Captur. I honestly felt bad that we didn’t buy the car after Jade’s diligence and hard work but I found that I had trouble moving my left foot off the clutch pedal onto the foot rest to the left of the pedal comfortably. So sorry Jade, but my big feet were the problem. I would 100% recommend Jade Henderson at Charles Hurst Newtownards!
