Customer had vehicle for just under 2mths - it has a battery issue as it not holding charge customer has been charging battery but it flat again by the following morning - he has been told there are no apt till 9th June - which mine he has a he cant use which he has just bought - this will be out of the 3mth warranty - Customer is wanting this issue sorted earlier please . Customer is saying car was not valeted on Hand over - was mislead on service history - once took ownership of vehicle found out the vehicle had not had service till it was 3 years old

I had an appointment for a test drive and was told that someone would call the day before to confirm. This didn’t happen so I phoned on the day of the test drive to check and just got a recorded message asking me to call later. I was not impressed so I didn’t go for the test drive (I went to Nissan instead).

Poor part ex value, went somewhere else the next day and got a few grand more without haggling. Also got an email saying the vehicle I had paid to reserve was sold and to look at other cars

customer has called as she feels the level of aftercare she has received following purchasing the vehicle back in march is diabolical as she is currently experiencing a few issues with the car so had called to speak to sales exec(Gary) that she dealt with 3 times yesterday and each time was told he was unavailable and an email would be sent for them to call her back to discuss and this never materialised. On one occasion she was passed over to bookings who advised earliest car can be seen is July (3 month warranty will have passed by then) as she requires a courtesy car, she has then spoken to Ron in service who has managed to get the car booked for next wednesday but customer is now unsure if she can make this appointment due to requiring courtesy car.

Because all staff are very helpful and polite and I am waiting on a new vehicle due any day

HelloOn the 10th of April I was booked in to have my car serviced (24 months). On booking the car in online, I was sent the worksheet detailing it was the 24 month full service.I was supposed to be able to wait but was told on the day this couldn't happen. I subsequently picked the car up later that day and, on asking, was told everything was fine with the car. When I got back in the car I noticed that the service reminder on the dashboard had disappeared.My main complaint is that since this point I have been chased by head office and told to book in my overdue service. I stated that it had been done and was then told I had only received a car health check.I did not book this, only the service, and was not told on the day otherwise. I am now having to waste another day leaving my car in for its full 24 month service.I would appreciate your assistance in finding out if my car was fully serviced at Stockport Renault as per the worksheet, and if not why not?Thank you
