Took 3 days to get back to me with an enquiry for a vehicle for sale .

Didn’t come back to me, I rang the Friday gave him my previous quote on email he said he would come back to me Saturday morning…nothing! Finally called Wednesday saying been too busy with end of year

I was totally happy with my email conversation with the sales person

When buying a car they never come back to you about it they stop email and stop talking your calls. Boss wasn't interested

Pushy salesman (Abid) with little knowledge

Terrible experience and attitude of your “manager” was appalling. This resulted me going elsewhere to purchase a Brand New Vehicle.

My car went in for its first service on 01/04/2026. When I went to pick it up, it was not where the service assistant said it was (the customer car park). It was instead at the end of a line of second hand cars for sale with a huge sticker over the windscreen with a trade-in offer on it! Then, to make things worse, when I got in the car, there was mud on the passenger seat! Absolutely disgusted with this! Won’t be using this dealer again in future!

From previous experience, I know that your sales staff are excellent, giving the information needed accurately and honestly. On the last occasion, we realised that the width of the car would not fit my garage, so concluded the enquiry. I will return when the garage width is modified!Slightly disappointed with the p/x allowance, in that the car bought from you only eleven months previously, had lost nearly 50% of its value! (?). Still- 'I'll be back!
