Not great. Called by 4 different sales people. Van advertised vat free but not one of the sales team answered my questions or confirmed the vat free. I finally found out days later that it was plus vat and just being pushed without anyone listening to my enquiry. Felt like it was all fake to get people to call and then lure you in. Rather than honest sales. Not a great expereince

I got to view the new renualt 5 in your showroom but its rear seats was to small .left a bit gutted because the front seats leg room was amazing and the dash and control are one of the best ive seen.

No communication.

Hi,I purchased a used Dacia Duster 23 days ago from your Renault Stockport Lookers branch.A couple of days ago, I had a frightening experience when I attempted to gear down when I had to reduce my speed approaching a queue on a motorway.When I put the clutch down, it stuck to the floor and I was unable to get it into any gear, so had to coast to the hard shoulder. I had to pull the clutch pedal up with my foot.I usually only drive locally and this was the first occasion I had used the car for any serious motorway driving since buying it.As the clutch fault occurred so soon after me buying the car from yourselves, I firmly believe that the fault must have existed prior to it being sold to me and therefore the car was not of satisfactory quality at the point of sale.I would like to request that you repair or replace the clutch and carry out any other work required to make the vehicle safe again.Car reg : ML19 TCZSales person: Peter Daniels.I look forward to hearing from you.Kind RegardsCarolyn Summerscales

I bought a new car from you nearly two years ago.The PCP ends May/ June this year. I have being trying to speak to the sales team prior to making a decision regarding whether to part exchange for a new car or make final payment and keep the car.Reception staff are pleasant and helpful but the communication from the sales team has been very poor.I have tried on a number of occasions to speak to someone since having a voicemail from Ryan on 3rd March. I am not able to answer my personal mobile at work so could not take his call at14.56 on that day. When I have tried calling back no one is available but I am told that someone will phone.They don’t …I tried calling the dealership again on Thursday 9th April & after speaking to reception staff I was put through to Gary. I expressed concern at the previous lack of communication but Gary was adamant that he was different and would look into it. I was told he would call me back with a valuation on my car & would check on current deals for a new Clio. I had already checked the website but he seemed to think there had been a memo to staff with new deal details.He did he not ring back that day and failed to do so for the following week.I rang again this morning 17th April. I was told staff some staff had left or been on holiday but someone would call back once the morning meeting had ended.By 2pm no one had called so I rang again. I was told that Gary was dealing with another customer but he would call when he had finished. No call has been received.The letters I receive from Mobilize state that if I call my local Renault Dealership ‘they will be happy to arrange a test drive for you & provide you with all the information you need’ but this is clearly not the case if that’s Lookers Stockport!

Very helpful staff.

Gary Smith was very lovely and friendly also made me feel very welcome, he was extremely helpful with picking out the perfect car for me, went out of his way to help me as a first time buyer here.
