I was unable to get a good deal following my enquiry

John who I spoke to was very welcoming and chatty.

Please note we visited Lookers for a test drive and the experience was not very good with a sales person called Cash (this experience nearly ended the loss of two new car sales) We were disappointed with his approach and spoke to Gary Smith before leaving. Gary was very professional and he listened and understood our needs. We decided to revisit Lookers and Gary provided guidance, information and advice on all the options open to us.We have now purchased two Renault 5 E’s.

I had a couple of test drives organised as requested.

The salesperson was very attentive and knowledgeable. We were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. The loss of one star was because we weren’t asked whether we wanted any refreshments, as well as receiving a follow up call earlier than expected when we made them aware we had other vehicles to rest.

The Salesman was helpful and informative and followed up with very good customer service.

As a business your service was exceptional. However, as a main dealer the fact that you under value your own product is unforgivable. The part-exchange value in my current vehicle was unrealistic. Plus you had a guaranteed further income from a reliable and proven Renault customer with a history of bringing business into Renault Retail franchises in pursuit of exemplar models.
