Dylan was extremely helpful and personable during my test drive and enquiry about a new Renault Capture Esprit Alpine. Unfortunately the price he/his manager was able to offer didn't come close to the Carwow quote I had already got from Renault Bolton so I had to take my business there. I was sad to have to do this as Dylan's support and customer service was exemplary.

The showroom is very smart and inviting, well laid out, with a receptionist who was very attentive and introduced me to someone is sales. I bought a car.

Please note we visited Lookers for a test drive and the experience was not very good with a sales person called Cash (this experience nearly ended the loss of two new car sales) We were disappointed with his approach and spoke to Gary Smith before leaving. Gary was very professional and he listened and understood our needs. We decided to revisit Lookers and Gary provided guidance, information and advice on all the options open to us.We have now purchased two Renault 5 E’s.
