I have always found the staff at lookers very helpful, I have used them for the past 10 years swapping cars every few years, recently bought a 2nd hand one. Had a couple of minor issues that were rectified straight away. Louise has always been very friendly and I have dealt with her the most over the years and she always remembers us.

Daniel did a fine job discussing the vehicle which I had already completed much research on and was very informative and accurate. Unfortunately Lookers did not have the model I wanted in the Clio range and I was on a very limited personal time arrangement to purchase a new vehicle for use so I looked elsewhere on this occasion. Daniel while still young approached me in a very professional manner and was easy to communicate with. He will do very well in sales in the future and I wish him all the best.

Dealt with by Carl who was wonderful, not at all pushy, allowed us time on our own and very knowledgeable about the cars. All in all he made it a pleasurable experience which I have not found in other places
