This is my second car from Lookers Renault and my first experience made me return to part x my BMW for a Clio e tech r/s line hybrid absolutely fabulous to drive lovely around car. My experience was excellent with the two sales representatives. The stumbling block was the value of my car in part exchange which there was no movement by Lookers valuation. I purchased a car from another dealer where the valuation of my car was much greater, so I made the deal.

This was at least the third "used" Renault I have purchased from you in recent years, all of which have been dealt with in a very professional way. If there was a minor moan, it would be the amount of paper work which a customer is required to complete these days and the internal transfer of files when a customer`s sale passes from one sales man to another (when the original chaps on a days leave!) the second chap corrected the error, but the original paper work stayed on your system and continued coming out to me for my signature!!
