Everyone was extremely kind, helpful in every way imaginable and it was a shame that the vehicle wasn't suitable enough for me. Nikki was extremely welcoming and gave me every option possible.

The salesman was relatively new and didn't seem to understand much about electric vehicles, fortunately we have had several EVs and have previous knowledge of the Zoe. We weren't given any overview of the Zoe features on handover. On collection : The tyre pressures hadn't been checked - on the drive home we identified that the tyre pressures were all different PSI. Today the tyre pressure warning is on the dash. One of the car keys isn't working - warning shows on the dash that the keycard battery is low. Although the car was cleaned the car mats were obviously used and hadn't been cleaned.

The sales advisor we dealt with Scott Willock was very helpful and knowledgeable about both the car we were interested in, and the various products which were available. He was polite, pleasant, and well presented, he also delivered on the deal we had agreed. Our Contact with other members staff, was always pleasant and polite, Michelle was also very helpful. The only disappointment was the Quality of the Valeting of our Vehicle. On our Initial Visit and look at the car which we eventually purchased, we found the interior to be covered in debris and dust, and when we opened the bonnet to inspect the engine compartment, we found it full of old leaves. The condition when we collected the car was on first impression was much better, but on closer inspection at home, there was still a few issues, which we found disappointing. To ensure a better overall experience when buying a car, the valeting side of the business would benefit from great improvement, We are convinced this would greatly improve the overall experience, and ensure customers returning to do business in the future.
