Nicola was brilliant from start to finish of the purchase of my car.

I have been buying cars for over 44 years now, from private sales in my younger days to main line dealers, mainly Honda in recent times. This was the first time I never went to the dealership, all carried out by phone and email. The most recent purchase of my 2017 CR-V was carried out by Nicola Russel, by phone and email, without me even seeing the car or her face to face. This girl never let me down once, not once!!!. Return of calls and emails was 5 star all the way, even on her day off. I would honestly say I’ve never ever had a better service. Well down Nicola keep up the good work, it was a very refreshing experience that you have provided, as has been the after service been for some very minor items. The team were great as always, and very patient, taking time to explain things and work out the finances for me. The only obstacle to me buying a car is requiring it to be all electric but also bigger than the Zoe. So I shall wait to see the Megan, as and when it's released.

everything was going well id selected the zoe as my next motability car but then stop it had gone off the scheme that day richard took my details to contact me when it came back on in the meantime id chosen another car.

Salesperson Nicky excellent but felt the business manager was trying to man manage the deal ,already paid £500 for extras that I wanted and rejected others but still received communication pushing further cost but for the good relationship with salesperson I would have cancelled the order
