Peter was very friendly & helpful

My car went in for its first service on 01/04/2026. When I went to pick it up, it was not where the service assistant said it was (the customer car park). It was instead at the end of a line of second hand cars for sale with a huge sticker over the windscreen with a trade-in offer on it! Then, to make things worse, when I got in the car, there was mud on the passenger seat! Absolutely disgusted with this! Won’t be using this dealer again in future!

From previous experience, I know that your sales staff are excellent, giving the information needed accurately and honestly. On the last occasion, we realised that the width of the car would not fit my garage, so concluded the enquiry. I will return when the garage width is modified!Slightly disappointed with the p/x allowance, in that the car bought from you only eleven months previously, had lost nearly 50% of its value! (?). Still- 'I'll be back!

Very prompt and efficient response to my enquiry

I also complained and they sent me an email to send the complaint too in which I never heard back even after chasing multiple times which is why I am submitting on here. Don’t want to be that person but it has caused so so many issues.

Hi @Vehiclecomplaints@lookers.co.uk,I am finally raising a compliant and request for additional compensation due to the immense failure in relation to you delivering our vehicle.Short timeline below• Confirmation our car scheduled to be delivered to our property on 25th Nov• Our own car sold on 24th Nov• Call at 11:20am on 25th Nov saying the car wouldn’t be deliveredo Turns out car not even in the countryo Both myself and partner took unpaid time off work• No one could confirm delivery date for the car• No temporary car offered• Operating without a car for 4 weeks, incurring taxi and additional transport costs• Car collected 19th DecWe’ve been offered £150 which just isn’t acceptable and are seeking closer to £1k to cover unpaid leave + additional transport costs incurred based on your unacceptable processes.Look forward to your response.Dan.I’m sending this email because I choose to work flexibly and send emails outside normal office hours.
