When we phoned up to book the vehicle in for a service I informed the person my husband would be staying at the time I phoned up no one said there would be a problem, so we booked the car in for 9.15am when my husband arrived he was informed they didn't know what time the service would start at which i found strange because that's why we had a booking in time so I presumed that it would start at 9.15 am, then he was informed there was no where for him to sit and wait for the car again it would have been nice if we was informed this at the time of booking the car in for a service. Besides them 2 problems everything else was excellent from the information about the service to picking up the car. The staff at this dealership always go beyond in trying to help

Good value for money with the service plan

Service desk very friendly and professional, trust worthy, would allway bring my car back to lookers reanukt stockport thankyou once again for all your help and will be back soon for my service , I would also like to thank josh in the workshop for carrying out the work on my car I was very nervous about driving the car but now josh has looked over the car I feel alot better thannkyou

Louise at Lookers Stockport was very helpful and managed to sort it out for my MOT to be done along with my service, despite them being very busy.

Great experience - the only reason we didn't end up ordering from Lookers was because a very good lease deal on a pre-reg Zoe came up through carwow, and we decided to jump on it.

The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and helpful
