If this survey relates to my service then I would like it known that other dealerships have started to clean vehicles again after COVID stopped this service. I am disappointed that Lookers have not followed.

Just to say lookers Renault Stockport have been the best show room I have encountered so far in my search for a replacement vehicle. Right from my initial phone call Grant answered all my questions and even made arrangements for me to have the vehicle I was interested in ready for me to look at outside the show room at my chosen time, this eased my concerns regarding covid ( I have auto immune problems). He also arranged that I could phone him on arrival and then he would ask a member of staff to come out and meet me so I wouldn’t have to go inside the showroom. So helpful and nothing too much trouble. Really nice phone manner as well. On arrival Emma was already waiting. She was friendly and welcoming and disinfected the car inside and out before I looked the car over etc. Very reassuring indeed. Emma listened and answered all my questions and didn’t try to pressure me in anyway which made a refreshing change. She was friendly and down to earth and put me at ease straight away. Even though the car was unsuitable for me physically ( I have back problems) she still remained friendly and engaging and didn’t rush me in any way. Both Emma and Grant are a credit to your company. 10/10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you both.

At my initial visit to peruse and find out about the Captur car in general I was dealt with by Richard but it was his day off when I came back with the actual intention of test driving and purchasing. I was dealt with by Paul Eastwood from then on .I cannot fault Paul at all .He was friendly and very easy to deal with and was not pushy and allowed me time to think about my purchase and make sure the decision was right for me .The car I test drove was older than I wanted so they got one that was on the website in from Birmingham .When I came to collect the process was smooth and easy and he even helped me sort out some of the more complex controls . 5 stars is not enough for Paul .If I need another Renault in the future he's the man I'll go to and I'm more than happy to recommend him to friends and family .

I primarily dealt with Emma Liddiard from the sales team, she was very pleasant, polite & helpful.

Vehicle was collected from my home by a smart and pleasant young woman, at a reasonable hour. I was kept in the picture and vehicle returned by the same young woman in the early afternoon, the service having been carried out. All that was required, thanks.
