I can't think of anything that could be improved.

Our experience was made all the better by the salesperson Gary. He was helpful, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The free coffees were delightful.

I initially tried to book online but found it to be unclear as to whether it worked or not so had to call to check. On the call I was able to book easily. Following my service, after I picked up my car I realised that it had not been vaccumed and washed as usual. I feel picky calling this out but I believe it is in the cost of my service plan, and has been carried out every other time my car has been in for the service so I'm disappointed that it wasn't done this time. Due to having to return to work I wasn't able to stop to discuss this when I picked up the car, so I left an email with the person who managed my service but so far do not seem to have received a reply.

Paul Eastwood was extremely helpful and kind

Everything was done as required. It was also completed in a timely manner. The only slip up was the vehicle had not been cleaned internally. There was debris in the drivers footwell. However i took comfort in knowing that meant the cabin filter had been take out and renewed as part of a major service. A minor thing that a second pair of eyes should have spotted before releasing the vehicle back to a customer.
