My experience was excellent with the two sales representatives. The stumbling block was the value of my car in part exchange which there was no movement by Lookers valuation.I purchased a car from another dealer where the valuation of my car was much greater, so I made the deal.

This was at least the third "used" Renault I have purchased from you in recent years, all of which have been dealt with in a very professional way.If there was a minor moan, it would be the amount of paper work which a customer is required to complete these days and the internal transfer of files when a customer`s sale passes from one sales man to another (when the original chaps on a days leave!) the second chap corrected the error, but the original paper work stayed on your system and continued coming out to me for my signature!!

The salesman was relatively new and didn't seem to understand much about electric vehicles, fortunately we have had several EVs and have previous knowledge of the Zoe. We weren't given any overview of the Zoe features on handover.On collection :The tyre pressures hadn't been checked - on the drive home we identified that the tyre pressures were all different PSI. Today the tyre pressure warning is on the dash.One of the car keys isn't working - warning shows on the dash that the keycard battery is low.Although the car was cleaned the car mats were obviously used and hadn't been cleaned.
