The sales advisor we dealt with Scott Willock was very helpful and knowledgeable about both the car we were interested in, and the various products which were available.He was polite, pleasant, and well presented, he also delivered on the deal we had agreed.Our Contact with other members staff, was always pleasant and polite, Michelle was also very helpful.The only disappointment was the Quality of the Valeting of our Vehicle. On our Initial Visit and look at the car which we eventually purchased, we found the interior to be covered in debris and dust, and when we opened the bonnet to inspect the engine compartment, we found it full of old leaves. The condition when we collected the car was on first impression was much better, but on closer inspection at home, there was still a few issues, which we found disappointing. To ensure a better overall experience when buying a car, the valeting side of the business would benefit from great improvement, We are convinced this would greatly improve the overall experience, and ensure customers returning to do business in the future.
