Renault Stockport are very attentive and understanding of my physical disabilities and autism. They remember me from our last visit and we never feel unwelcome or intrusive. I say 'we' because I always have a Carer with me. I carry a lot of medical equipment in my vehicle so, when transferring to the courtesy vehicle and back to ours, we never feel under pressure. All customer services should be taught their manners. We visited other dealerships for other vehicles we had identified to meet our needs but their attitude was nowhere near that of Renault. We will stick with Renault for the foreseeable future, even though their prices are on the higher side. I suppose one gets what one pays for. We dread servicing time because of my disabilities, autism, depression and anxiety but come away relieved every time. I am meticulous in keeping my vehicle washed through an Ultimate Car Wash at our local Tesco Extra, every fortnight without fail. I am IMI/EAL certified so I understand the workings of every component on our vehicle. There's a synergy with Renaults technicians and we are looking forward to future visits.

Always cracking service when we visit, we were waiting for the vehicle and we’re offered hot drinks, shown where the toilet was and was made clear if we needed anything else we just needed to ask. Would highly recommend
