A mistake on the WEB site about the additional features on the car was the deal breaker. Attention to details is required. It was rectified but the additional feature was the reason I was drawn into view the car.

The staff was excellent very welcoming and professional they answered any questions and told me all the information I needed. They also got things done quickly and correctly, Gary smith in particular is a credit to the company and looked after me throughout dealing with lookers Renault stockport and the manager Steven was also a great help and very polite, I would recommend lookers Renault stockport to anybody buying a car, excellent customer service!

Couldnt have been more helpful... New Tyre needed after shredding one - recovered by the RAC and repaired the next day despite it being so close to Christmas and very busy

In the pre service instructions you ask for service book and wheel nut lock to be left on passenger seat. Suggest you add “if applicable “ as car didn’t have a WNLs. Spent hours looking for the damn thing!
