I have dealt with Renault Stockport for years I have never drove any other make I am normally very happy with the service this time however I felt very disheartened the communication was bad my car had not been cleaned I work on the frontline and with COVID at the minute cleanliness is very important when I went to pick my car back up not one staff member spoke or asked if I was being assisted so I feel very disheartened at the present time

Nicola has been incredibly helpful the whole way through dealing with Renault. Just waiting for my Arkana in the new year.

Nicola Russell was the sales Advisor she was very friendly and helped me look for the right car within my budget without feeling pressured into making a decision. Would recommend Nicola and Lookers if you are looking for a new or approved used car

Not willing to present finance options at the site visit. Got the impression that Lookers assumed I’d be more likely to go for a Peugeot e208. Said wait til I’d test driven that before asking them for prices which made me feel I wasn’t valued as highly as I’d originally thought. Very helpful otherwise. Generally very positive. Dealership seemed a bit chaotic but perhaps they were just very busy.
