everything was going well id selected the zoe as my next motability car but then stop it had gone off the scheme that day richard took my details to contact me when it came back on in the meantime id chosen another car.

Salesperson Nicky excellent but felt the business manager was trying to man manage the deal ,already paid £500 for extras that I wanted and rejected others but still received communication pushing further cost but for the good relationship with salesperson I would have cancelled the order

shea was excellent and informative. manager was flexible and helpful.it was a smooth process and nothing was to much trouble. because we were not very computer literate we were able to sign papers in the showroom and werent made to feel inadequate.I would definitely recommend benfield renault branch of lookers
