A very professional team which was helpful, informative and friendly.From my first inquiry to me taking delivery of the car the team has answered all my questions reassuringly and provided the answers I needed.I would like to mention from my initial inquiry Gary (sorry don't remember his surname) he was very helpful and a professional member of your team.Nicki Russell took over the inquiry as Gary was ill, Nicki was friendly and very helpful with her product knowledge and made my wife and 3 year old daughter very involved in the experience.I would also like to thank Steven singh who was the first person we saw on walking in to the dealership once again a very friendly and professional member of your team.Last but by no way least I would like to mention your used car manager Mike Thomas, he was the most friendly professional dealership manger I have ever met (and I was in the trade for around 12 years) you could see his team all liked and respected him, he was very approachable and answered all the questions I had, he even took the time to come out to the vehicle and assess a query I had, which he instantly got the workshop to come and evaluate it and promise to rectify before hand over.
