We were well satisfied, when we went along, at our first visit we saw a sales man and he new that our intention was not to buy but he was still very helpful. After looking at other car sales and seriously thinking of buying at another dealership we found them lacking knowledge on points we queried so we decided to go back to Lookers because they were so helpful and thats the reason we bought from you.

So this isnt the dealrships fault, whoever calls and books they intial service needs to lsiten. they said it was registered october, but our charger wasnt installed and we didnt tak it until jan. so when i dropped the car off, the service wasnt authorised so i had to come back and will have to come in january? feel bad for the staff on site, but if its booked in, shouldnt the autorisation be asked for at that point? or during the day before call when i am asked what time i am coming in?

The hard sell of the Total Loss Cover (which I did not want) was immensely irritating and patronising. If I hadn't been so keen to buy the car I would have walked out of the showroom. After I had made it clear to the salesman (who was fine about it) and the business manager (who was very aggressive in his selling technique) in the showroom, and then by e-mail that I did not want any further communication re Total Loss Cover, the business manager e-mailed me with details yet again and said he would phone me the next day to discuss. I advised him not to call. This was plain harassment. PS I wasn't offered a service plan but I would not have had one if it was offered.
