Vehicle was collected from my home by a smart and pleasant young woman, at a reasonable hour. I was kept in the picture and vehicle returned by the same young woman in the early afternoon, the service having been carried out. All that was required, thanks.

Had a fantastic experience buying a used car from Lookers Stockport.I dealt with Gary Smith who did everything i asked for when i decided on the purchase , including calling me back when requested. Also, Steve Singh was very friendly and helpful and i have no hesitation in recommending these guys as points of contact when you visit Lookers. Iam really happy with my car and I'm confident that the all important after sales service will be just as good. Thanks again guys. 5 stars!.

I initially tried to book online but found it to be unclear as to whether it worked or not so had to call to check. On the call I was able to book easily.Following my service, after I picked up my car I realised that it had not been vaccumed and washed as usual. I feel picky calling this out but I believe it is in the cost of my service plan, and has been carried out every other time my car has been in for the service so I'm disappointed that it wasn't done this time. Due to having to return to work I wasn't able to stop to discuss this when I picked up the car, so I left an email with the person who managed my service but so far do not seem to have received a reply.
