I dealt with a dedicated sales person, which was great for continuity. She was able to answer my questions and guide me through the online sales process, although some kind of flow chart would have been useful at the start, as many customers do not buy cars so regularly, and would be reassured by a step by step guide. That said, I see that Lookers have a wealth of general customer information online, and that is great.
