Reduce all the fancy tech (video that I didn't get, tracking the vehicle while with you was never updated). Put the cost of that to reduce service costs. However can't fault the young lady on the service desk at Stockport, she is first class.

I was upset that I was not contacted to book my service, despite me being on a service plan. Also, I think it's pretty rubbish that you are not cleaning cars 'due to the pandemic' hmm, other car washes/valets are operating so I think it's a poor show and is very disappointing. The staff I dealt with were professional and polite and that was great.

I wanted to return to Renault & thought the Arkana would be great. It handles well around town but responded too slowly on the motorway. It was also extremely noisy on the motorway.

Mark was exceptionally knowledgeable as well as helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

The whole process ran smoothly with no problems. Joshua Slater was very professional and knowledgable. The car arrived at the time they said it would be ready. Absolutely loving the car!

Everything great apart from my car should have been cleaned inside and out according to my service plan and there was no cleaning done at all.
