Still trying to find out who is going to repair the damage to my vehicle which was done at some point from my purchase to it being delivered also I asked if you could transfer the vehicle into my name by going on to the DVLA'S website

A mistake on the WEB site about the additional features on the car was the deal breaker. Attention to details is required. It was rectified but the additional feature was the reason I was drawn into view the car.

The staff was excellent very welcoming and professional they answered any questions and told me all the information I needed. They also got things done quickly and correctly, Gary smith in particular is a credit to the company and looked after me throughout dealing with lookers Renault stockport and the manager Steven was also a great help and very polite, I would recommend lookers Renault stockport to anybody buying a car, excellent customer service!

Under current circumstances a test drive wasnt an option. I would however like to say that Gary Smith was very good with his communication. Whilst we didnt purchase from you this time i would certainly look at what you jave to offerwhen i next change the car.

Very efficient, car collected and returned which is great for me as I have a disabled bedridden husband. The only disappointment was that it was not cleaned and valetted as in previous services.
