As I was purchasing the vehicle outright there seemed to be too much emphasis on unwanted insurance and finance packages. I could not understand why I had to fill in a web based purchase agreement when I was visiting the branch in person and use my mobile phone to complete the purchase. Still it worked but felt rather over the top.
