I recently picked up my new motability car from Lookers Stockport. As I hadn't previously got a car through motability I was a bit daunted by the whole process. I need not have worried as Richard walked me through the whole thing. He was friendly and personable and not your typical scary car salesman. The car I wanted, an automatic, wasn't available immediately so Richard had to arrange the delivery of one which took a couple of weeks. He kept in touch with weekly up-dates and finally a phone call to arrange to pick it up. On the day I went to pick it up, Richard showed and talked me through driving the car, as I hadn't driven an automatic before, and the myriad of buttons. He made sure I was happy and confident and told me if I've got any questions, to contact him. The big boss also introduced himself to say thank-you for choosing Lookers and asked if I'd had any problems and was I happy with the whole process. Obviously, my answer was yes. I'm really glad I choose Lookers for my car. As a female, going into a car showroom can be really daunting. I'm happy to say that all the staff at Lookers Stockport were lovely and friendly. So, thank-you to each one and a special thank-you to Richard for your hard work in providing me with my beautiful car. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Very happy with the service I received, overall a good experience - my sales executive was personable, polite and very clear from the outset. What I liked most was that he wasn’t too pushy, he was informative but not hard sell which to me is important as that would have probably put me off.
