Maintenance was not in my home today. If he was it was not without my permission or knowledge.

Maintenance man includes in his report inaccurate comments. He put down my lead caused the damage when the said damage was from the tenant before me. This was the third time I’ve tried to get someone to fix the seal on my door. I’ve been told they won’t let me from Anthony who’s no longer here and then from Tim himself saying Melissa wouldn’t allow it. When things started getting repairs I put the order in again. This time it was fixed. Thankfully. However I’m being blamed by your maintenance man who wasn’t even working here when the situation occurred. I didn’t even live here! I demanded him remove his “inaccurate thoughts”. He could use some classes on being professional. Accuracy would be helpful! Furious! Can’t stand a liar.

I have been at briarwood for nine years. Kim and Tim are outstanding in professional , courtesy and prompt response is appreciated. Thank you

Pls keep Tim as the maintenance man. I have been renting eight years at briarwood. He is the best, I like Kim also. Thank you finally a staff that is professional.
