There was no maintenance in my home on the day referred to. Pest control was here last week Thursday. He sprayed inside my kitchen cabinet while my pots and pans were inside so I had to remove them all to avoid my family ingesting any poison that was sprayed on them and wash everything. If I hadn't seen him do it and cleaned things asap we could have gotten violently ill. Still have roaches due to the apartment behind us being so completely infested and it's disgusting. I sleep with my lights on because they've been on my bed, they've crawled on my leg while I have been cooking. I refuse to use the dishwasher because they've been inside there as well. We have personally spent a lot of our own money buying numerous products to try and kill them and keep them out and I don't feel like the problem is being taken seriously enough by the office. It's been a problem since we moved in almost a year ago. Pest control needs to come more often and do a better job.

The maintenance people should take off their shoes when standing on couches and walking around through the apartment. I had mud and melted snow marks all over my couch, bathroom Matts, bed, etc.

The long time it takes to replace things to fix issues is not due to the manager on site wanting to get it corrected. The onsite manager often has to wait for upper management to issue finds, or have permission to order items. Once supplies or items are available, the work orders are completed in a very timely manner.
