Benny did a great job fixing problem with water heater

My (routine) requests were submitted Monday morning and all 3 were completed favorably by early afternoon. Couldn’t ask for more in terms of timely service. Benny is terrific!

Benny was able to diagnose and repair the hallway switch in one visit! The caulking and painting in the bathroom was done very well and quickly also. The only thing was that when the paint dried on the wall it was a darker color than the rest of the wall. Benny seems to have good communication skills and maintenance knowledge
