Found out that water heater had been installed in 2017. Bennie showed me shut off valve if I spot any leaks or hear noises & to notify office immediately. Also notified property manager.Was impressed-spot on!

Benny did a great job fixing my refrigerator that was leaking and the bathroom sink that was clogged. He was very professional and personable and fixed everything within a day!!I do have to mention though i have to keep the settings on both the fridge and freezer on the highest settings to keep items cold enough or frozen so I think my old fridge is on its last legs!!Benny did a great job!!

Benny is a welcome change of pace. He is intelligent, informed and productive.

Benny did an excellent job. This was left over from the ice dam that flooded my ceiling. He ordered the part, told me when it came in and worked with my schedule. He went out of his way to do the repair when it was most convent to me. He also patched a whole in the washing machine water valves that had been there for a while.God hire, thanks Benny
