For someone looking for an apartment in that area and wanting quiet as well as a gym In the building, yes I would recommend. We were showing around on a Saturday morning by special request. The tour was very good and informative. Being that it was at 10:00 in the morning on a Saturday there weren't any people around. However, upon leaving, we saw a couple going to the gym.

Not very likely the atmosphere was kind of odd I felt like I was being judge. I decided this was not the place for me.

Mr friends are not planning on relocating to the Boston area.
