Found out that water heater had been installed in 2017. Bennie showed me shut off valve if I spot any leaks or hear noises & to notify office immediately. Also notified property manager.Was impressed-spot on!

Benny did a great job fixing my refrigerator that was leaking and the bathroom sink that was clogged. He was very professional and personable and fixed everything within a day!!I do have to mention though i have to keep the settings on both the fridge and freezer on the highest settings to keep items cold enough or frozen so I think my old fridge is on its last legs!!Benny did a great job!!
