Vin rocks!

The old caulking was not fully removed and cleaned prior to applying the new caulk on around the edges of the tub. The corners of the tiled walls were not done. No notification of the task being performed or completed was left. The task was incomplete.

Not at allApplication process was so poorly done that they didn't know what they had in hand , so I was accused of not having sent in some paperwork which Wendy and Alisa asked for 5 days before signed move-in date. I was denied housing based on unlawful reasons . I am now homeless because of ineptness and obvious discrimination so now working with AG's Office , EOEA and a lawyer who assures me they need to be corrected and stand trial for Abuse. I was in Protective Services by the state, according to the VAWA your leasing agents violated my rights. This is so outrageous.

The odors Are still coming through vents....

Dealing with maintenance issues is inefficient and difficult. I put it off as long as possible because I find dealing with Vince tiresome. He’s a nice man, but not very responsive to my concerns or explanations of whatever the problem is. I’m sure he finds me tiresome as well.
