Caitlyn was amazing. She got me into an unplanned loaner car so I could run a few errands while my car was being serviced. The process was fast and easy. She had a smile that brightened the room. She kept me informed about my service. Customer service has been top notch every time. I trust my vehicle is being serviced by the professionals. I will be a returning customer.

I wasn't sure where to go while they were finalizing paperworkNoah, cant say enough good things about him. He answered all my questions. I love the fact it didn't take all day to finalized the deal. I didn't want to play " go ask Mom, go ask Dad" game. Noah made it quick and easy.Always room for improvementAwsome place, people were friendly and very helpful

Worn furniture.While being repaired, my heat shields were loosened and not retightened. I had to take my car back to have this fixed because I kept hearing a rattling sound after I received my car back.I was given the original bill with the original price, even though my repair was covered under my warranty. My paperwork on check out was not updated to reflect Warranty coverage and updated repairs. Also, other problem issues found on inspection were not explained and were not checked for warranty coverage.
