This is petty, but they asked me if I would like my car washed and I told them yes and when I picked it up, it wasn’t washedWhen I came in, no one was in there they were all in the garage so I sat downAfter about 25 minutes, I asked the lady sitting next to me if I should go in the garage and tell them I’m here but she said no they come in here.About 10 minutes later, someone came in and took care of me

I waited while the car was serviced.As previously stated, no one told me about the credit card surcharge, which was a lot of money to me and one I could have avoided if just one of the people who asked if I had been there before had advised me of the credit card surcharge.

My tire pressure was low in all 4 tires 29 psi I’m spoiled by Ricart so the small things hit hard thank you.As always Caitlyn made the process super easy and timely.

She is short and seems unconcerned and never explained anything.Told couldn’t work in truck on Monday because of other appointments. Again my vehicle was towed there because would start and I had to wait. Should have something in place for emergency service like car being towed in by Mitsubishi Roadside.Had my car towed to RICART but gates were closed and locked. Understand locking gate when closed but there needs to be a way for Mitsubishi Roadside to stop a car towed in.

I got lost in droves around in circles for 20mins before finally able to stop a staff member for directions.Less text confusing text messages. Prefer phone calls or emails..
