This is petty, but they asked me if I would like my car washed and I told them yes and when I picked it up, it wasn’t washedWhen I came in, no one was in there they were all in the garage so I sat downAfter about 25 minutes, I asked the lady sitting next to me if I should go in the garage and tell them I’m here but she said no they come in here.About 10 minutes later, someone came in and took care of me

I’m not savvy when it comes to navigating a device to schedule appointments.They’ve always took care of my concerns and are a very courteous and professional team.

I waited while the car was serviced.As previously stated, no one told me about the credit card surcharge, which was a lot of money to me and one I could have avoided if just one of the people who asked if I had been there before had advised me of the credit card surcharge.

Again my vehicle was towed there because would start and I had to wait. Should have something in place for emergency service like car being towed in by Mitsubishi Roadside.Had my car towed to RICART but gates were closed and locked. Understand locking gate when closed but there needs to be a way for Mitsubishi Roadside to stop a car towed in.

The entire experience was almost enjoyable. Everyone’s knowledge and professionalism was much appreciated.
