It's a waiting room.Upon booking the appointment I was told 1.5 hours. Upon arriving for the service, no time frame was given. The work took over 2 hours to complete and I had no way to check the status of the service.I have attempted to call, have left voicemails, and have used the text feature, yet no one will speak with me about resolving this issue.It is missing the transmission fluid cap!I brought in my car for an oil change and brake inspection. Your service techs performed a multi point systems check. The car was returned to me without the transmission fluid cap. I would like a new cap ASAP, and would like to know it's there before I make the trip. I can't understand why no one will respond to my immediate concern.I really need a new transmission fluid cap and would prefer to know that the part is in stock before I make the 30-minute trip to Ricart.Though I was checked in for the service and had provided my cell phone number, I did not receive updates during and after. Also, the service had been scheduled and the employee couldn't seem to locate the details

Thank You for finding my right car.I had an excellent experience purchasing my car from "Ricart Mitsubhishi" at Columbus Ohio. The salesperson "Corey" was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions patiently and made everything feel easy and stress-free.Overall the other staff members were welcoming, and the whole buying process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. From start to finish, it was a truly positive experience.Highly recommend Ricart Mitsubhishi to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!

The facility was fine.I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 3 hours to complete. A recall item was done without informing me.Explained in previous commentsDo not send mailers that promote service packages or coupons your shops are not aware of or cannot honor. It is frustrating to as an advisor about “Diamond Service” from mail I received and they do mot know what that is. Ensure advisors are trained on Mitsubishi services and how to look up service packages and discounts for Mitsubishi in their system rather than asking the customer what services are needed.The charges were higher than I expected since no discount/coupon was applied. The extra recommended service increased the charges significantly and I did not do some of the recommendations due to expense and time.I called a few times to schedule because I wanted to use a coupon/mailer I was sent. I was not able to reach anyone so finally booked “generically” online and could not get in over the weekend. I had to go in on a holiday whenI was off work. The online booking process did not allow me to choose a service package that matched the mailer so I had to enter service that was not accurate and nobody to talk to about it until I arrived for my appointment.As mention, the person who greeted me was not familiar with Mitsubishi service packages and could not locate any discounts/coupons in her system for me, which was disappointing.

There was a problem with getting a couple of questions answered that made a difference in when I was going to schedule the appointment.It's a 40 minute drive. When setting up the appointment I could not get anyone to answer a couple of questions.
