Shouldn’t take 90 minutes pause for a routine service.There is were no weekends to schedule a routine service.

All of my responses of no or simply because there was no communication other than what I relayed about the sudden onset with no warning on my battery but beyond that there was no communication she just went over the billing of services and there was no communication beyond that so these responses not a reflection of negativity I just couldn't answer appropriatelyWhen I walked through the door and into the repair shop everyone working within the shop ignored me didn't ask me what I needed who I needed to see so I had to go in to the main lobby where sales folks were and ask them if they could direct me to somebody and advised them know no one acknowledged me in the service shop. 8 salesman kindly escorted me back into the shop and approached one of the maintenance folks in regards.I have less than 50,000 miles on my car and was still charged diagnostic I have an extended warranty and I understand that the battery that was replaced was not under warranty however I don't feel like I should have been charged a diagnostic fee. Also I'm not understanding why my battery failed with no warning and I couldn't even put it in park as a result. I explained this to one of the representatives that I had no warning lights whatsoever my and car was running just fine. I guess I would have liked to explanation but all that was relayed was that they put a lifetime battery in. That's great however as far as the manufacturer's concerned I would like to have known if this was going to be shared with them because this was very concerning especially because I couldn't put it in park and you could just push it with your hand and I had just got back taking my elderly mother to the doctor. And thank goodness I wasn't on an incline when that happened and decided to just quit running. The only warning that was displayed when I tried starting the car was an icon that look like an engine. The service however was very quick and expedient which was appreciated and was a 10 in that aspect.

Well let you know when we drive the2026 Outlander SE more. The doc fees the cars and 1 guess the State of Ohio are too high.Better phone numbers for real depts for phone calls.Noah Stein, Dan the Sales Manager.Mitsubishi depts and areas are strung out all over the 68 areas. Hard to grasp the totality of where the Mitsubishi areas are.
